Recent years have seen the immense proliferation of pink as the shade which has borne evolving connotations from gender-norms to subculture affiliations to most recently as defining a generation as millennial pink. Although the candy pastel tint feels as though it may have reached saturation point, the colour pink is evolving and retaining popularity. Dusty rose and dirty pastels paired with forest greens and sage are becoming the pinks of choice.
